    fix(v3): resolve SSO login URL from config instead of hardcoded domain · f752db03

    LOGIN_URL was hardcoded to console.swiftfederation.com, ignoring
configuration. After the flashcone.com migration this caused SSO login
to fail (Connection refused) -> 'Missing SESSION for CDN' -> empty usages.

- Remove LOGIN_URL constant; add private #login_url from configuration.portal_endpoint (ENV-driven)
- Update default portal/SSO hostnames to *.flashcone.com
- Sync RBS signatures
- Bump 1.0.19 -> 1.0.20
